LBD Winter Clinic 2024
LBD warm water winter swim clinic! The clinic will be designed to build cardio endurance, strength and sound technique. The clinic will run for 5 weeks with an average of 4 days per week practice - program is set for swimmers to work up to the SSL out of water date (Feb 15) and High School swim date (Feb 5).
Coach Bethani will be coaching with assistant coaches. This is not a beginner clinic - no coaches in water so all 7 & up swimmers should be able to follow directions from coach on deck and understand basic terminology - Swimmers will be assessed and registration refunded if they are not able to keep up with group. Registration will be capped per age group so register ASAP!
ADULT LAP SWIM
This program is open to LBD parents, families and masters swimmers in the community interested in swimming for fitness. Adult swim will be self-paced open swim - depending on lane space require shared lanes and circle zswimming. The masters swimmers will be responsible for closing the pool after practice - tarps on pool and equipment put away.
Clinic Dates- January 8 - February 14, 2024
Practice Times Monday-Thursday:
Group 1: 4:45-5:30 p.m. HS Group (14-18 yrs old)* - Ends February 1
Group 2: 5:30-6:15 p.m.* Age Group (7-14 yrs. old) - Ends February 14 - Start time will be modified to 5:45 beginning February 5th.
Masters: 5-6:15 p.m. Masters (18yrs & up)
Cost- $175/swimmer for youth; $125 for HS; $100/Masters Swimmer
REFUND POLICY:
Any swimmer who terminates from the team for any reason must request a refund using the following policy.
Requests must be post-marked/emailed by January 10th and are subject to a non-refundable $25 processing fee. All requests after the first practice will result in a prorated refund.
