Welcome (Back) to our new LBD Head Swim Coach - Ellie Hardey

The Dolphins are excited to announce Coach Ellie as our new Head Coach for the 2026 season! - Ellie brings a high level of energy, knowledge, and joy to the program. This will be her third year with the Dolphins, and she is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Sport & Performance Psychology at California Baptist University. She also graduated and swam collegiately at Concordia University Irvine.

Her coaching philosophy is rooted in creating a positive, athlete-centered environment where swimmers of all ages can grow in skills, character, and teamwork. Her coaching style emphasizes fundamentals, fun, and fostering confidence and a love for the sport.
