Volunteer Job Sign Up Step by Step

Instructions:
Login to www.folsomseaotters.com and go to your Commitment page for 2025 FSO Time Trials. Choose Time trials, as below, and click the Green Tab: “Job Signup”.
The next area will open with clear instructions.
You need to choose one slot and enter YOUR volunteer members name (you, spouse or other person that meets the role requirements on your behalf – make sure we know who is getting the credit for the shift) and enter a valid cell phone number we can reach that person on deck, (example: Christine Braid (555-555-1245)).
Example of what an open slot looks like:
Volunteer slots are listed by event, not by time, and are divided into 1st and 2nd shifts. The event numbers—not the clock—determine when your shift begins. Announcements will be made over the loudspeaker, but please stay alert and monitor the event progress closely. You are expected to report several heats before your assigned event begins. Upon arrival, check in with the appropriate lead (e.g., Ready Bench Lead, Head Timer).
If a slot has someone else's name next to it, it means it has already been filled by another volunteer. Please look for another open slot to fulfill your required shift.
