Coaches and Directors
My name is Emily Nachreiner. I swam for 14 years on the Dolphins and 4 years on the RVHS girls swim team. This will be my 11th summer coaching the SG Dolphins. I also help Mike coach the RV high school swim team in the fall. In addition to coaching swimming, I coach the middle school basketball team in the winter. I am currently working part time at Kraemer Brothers while taking online classes, studying accounting. My favorite part of coaching is watching the swimmers become more confident in themselves and supportive of each other through the season.
My name is Mike Nachreiner. I swam for 12 years on the Dolphins and this will be my 36th summer coaching the SG Dolphins. I am also the RV varsity girls swim coach. In addition to coaching swimming, I coach the RV girls JV basketball team. I work for the Peoples Community Bank and own a small bar in SG called Baron Brooks. My favorite part of coaching, besides getting the kids to improve, is the strategy of putting together a line up.

I moved to the Spring Green area in 2015. I grew up in Middleton where I started swimming competitively at the age of 6 and continued through high school. I started off swimming with the Middleton Gators and then swam with BAC. My coaching experience started with the Middleton Gators before graduating from Middleton High School and after graduating I started coaching for BAC. I look forward to working with the kids and watching their progression through this season.
Hi team, I’m JericaI have either been swimming or coaching since the time I was 5 years old. Over 30 years of hanging out on the pool deck. I swam on the SG dolphins for 13 years (where Coach Mike was my coach) RVHS swimming for 4 (fun fact, I was the first class of swimmers to swim all 4 years in high school!) and 4 years at UWSP. I coached SG dolphins for 5 years when I was in college - coaching coach Emily :)I came back after college, and was the head coach for RVHS for 8 years, and Lodi High school for 5. I now am back coaching youth swim at Lodi and so excited to be back coaching for SG dolphins!!
