Hi, I’m Coach Row, My family has been part of the Heritage Hurricanes for 6 years.  I am currently the assistant swim coach at Central High.  I was a Marine Corps Water Safety Survival Instructor and am still a regular in the swimming lanes. I am extremely excited to be here to contribute to the team and the Heritage community. See you this summer.

Hi, I’m Sara Row! And I will be coaching the “littles” this summer! I’ve be swimming with the Hurricanes for 8 years and at Timber Creek HighSchool for the past two years. I enjoyed junior coaching so much last year and I’m excited to be doing it full time this summer.  The opportunity to teach young swimmers, share what I have learned and keep them excited about becoming the best swimmers they can be  means so much to me!
