Summer Season 2023 Tentative Dates

Family membership at Lake Isle Country Club is mandatory to sign up for the swim team. Registration will be online and open in early May. Please register new members before attending Safety Assessments. Refunds will be issued should the swimmer not be ready for lap swim or the pre-team program. 

New Member Safety Assessments - ages 5-11

June 5th & June 6th at 4pm

Try-outs for 11 year olds and younger. Demonstrate ability to perform lap swim workouts safely with multiple strokes. Coach assessment will help determine if our pre-team would be a more appropriate option if you are unsure.

After school Practice June 5- June 23 (M-F)

330-430 11y/o  and older

430-530 10y/o and under

DIVE- M,W,Thurs 430PM - all ages

Practice June 26 through July 28 (M-F)

• 830-1030 am - 13y/o and over
• 830-10am - 11y/o -12y/o
• 10-1130 - 9y/o - 10y/0
• 1030-1130am - 6y/o - 8y/o

DIVE practice M-F 9am - 11am

Pre-Team Try-Out (Safety Assessments)-  ages 5-8

June 19 and June 20 at  4pm

Pre-Team is limited to 50 younger swimmers per summer. This is not a learn to swim option. Coach evaluation will ask swimmers to demonstrate ability to swim one lap freestyle and backstroke safely. 

Pre-Team Practice June 26 through July 28

Monday - Friday. 12:30-130pm

Pre-Team Awards Meet Friday July 28.

• Thurs 7/6 - AWAY vs Rye Golf Club  730AM
• Wed 7/12 - HOME vs Larchmont Yacht Club 8AM - VISITING TEAM CHANGE
• Tues 7/19 - HOME vs Scarsdale Town Pool  8AM - DATE CHANGE
• Wed 7/26 - HOME vs Westchester Country Club 8AM

Conference Championship week will be July 31 through August 3rd,2023.
