Upper and Lower School Owls Win Meets, Break Records
The Lower School won the Boys Division in Saturday's Invitational with a total score of 100 points. 8th grader Liam Kaltenborn broke the Shelby County Middle School League record in the 50 Breaststroke with a time of 29.26.
Upper School won their dual meet against Collierville High School on Thursday evening. They scored 171 points to Collierville's 85. Freshman Christian Berry broke MUS' team record in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 22.12. The time had not been broken for nearly 13 years and was MUS' longest standing swim record.
