Katie Ligon Named Best of the Preps

After a successful high school and USA Swim career at SBEC and Memphis Tigers respectively, Katie Ligon was named Best of the Preps by the Memphis Commercial Appeal.  In November of 2011, Katie signed a National Letter of Intent to swim for the University of Miami Hurricanes.
