New Records Set at the May Swim Festival

In the last meet before the National Championships, Carib Swim Team amassed a bunch of new personal best times, time standards and team records.

Team records were set by Gigi Cai (11 years, 200 Breaststroke 3:20.83), Matias Piazza (13 years, 400 Freestyle 4:43.38 and 100 Butterfly 1:05.88), and Joey Schvartz (11 years, 400 Freestyle 5:07.07, and 200 IM 2:38.99).

Joey Schvartz set a new AA time in 200 IM, and a new A time in 400 free. Matias Piazza set a new AA time in 100 free (his first time under the one-minute barrier).

New BB times were achieved by Aiyana Bourne, Gigi Cai, Arianna Lont, Denecia Prince, Joey Schvartz, and Daan Vinke

New B times were achieved by Gigi Cai, Tatiana Penuela, Darina Smirnova, Emma Szabo, Nihal Chugani, Quentin Guyenot, Patrick Szabo, Kjeld Van Der Meer, and Luuk Vinke.

It proved to be a fun event for both Carib Swim Team, and members of Super Splash Swim Team who also attended.
