CST End-Of-Season Party

As the 2021/22 season comes to an end, CST held a party to celebrate our successes over the last few months. There were awards, great food, and pool games!

There was a lot to celebrate. Since September, CST swimmers have set 76 new team records! The island saw it's first CARIFTA champion, with Joey winning four events in Barbados! And, we were priviledged by having two Olympic champions, Ranomi Kromowidjojo and Ferry Weertman, stop by to talk to us about their experiences.

We handed out seven awards on Friday afternoon, five for attendance:

Stroke Development: Malachi Morrison

Age Group 2: Yuyu Cai and Mathys Fleming (tie)

Age Group 1: Joey Schvartz

Senior: Saphir Thomas

The swimmers voted for their most inspirational teammate. These went to Rylan Benjamin and Matias Piazza.

Although the season is over for most swimmers, some swimmers still have meets in Martinique, France, and Canada, as well as the ongoing FINA World Championships in Budapest.
