Joey Schvartz Performs Big at French Youth Championships

Joey traveled to France last week to compete in the 3^rd annual French Youth Championships. This meet is a country wide meet for 11-14 year olds from all over France, as well as French territories. Joey was the only qualifier from St. Martin.

But he did far more than just qualify! He was a finalist in all six of his events, and won a silver medal in 400 IM. He was also top eight in 200 IM (6^th) and 1500 free (7^th). Five of his six swims were new personal bests and new team records!
