CST Participates in Health, Sport & Culture Expo

Carib Swim Team, along with partner ProPhysio, was happy to participate in the Health, Sport & Culture Expo at the Raoul Illidge Sports Complex on Saturday, August 27th. The Expo showcased over 80 organizations, and featured many demonstrations, performances, games, and free medical screenings (you will be happy to know that Coach Steve's cholesterol is in normal range). 

It was a great way to promote our swimming programs to the community. We wish to thank Coach Eline, who did much of the leg work for us, and all of the instructors and swimmers who helped out.
