Weekly News (October 3-8)
Hello to all Panther Swimmers,
Congratulations to the swimmers who competed extremely hard at the NIST Falcons meet over the weekend. So many PB swims it was hard to keep up!
Very exciting week also coming up here at ISB with the first IASAS championships being held in 3 years. Most of our athletes will have never been to an event like this so they will need all of us to support them. Please make your way on to campus Thursday-Saturday to support Volleyball and Cross-country running.
This week is also Parent-Teacher conferences. But this will not affect our swim training schedule.
This is also the last week of training before our first holiday of the year. So, let’s train hard.
Important Notes:
Senior (Wednesday, Oct 5) and Junior (Thursday, October 6) Palooza time trials:
These are the last in-house time trials we will be doing before our huge Swimfest 2020 meet in November. If you plan on competing for ISB this semester then we need your updated times. Please sign up for the Palooza meet of your age group. Sign ups on the team unify webpage.
Sr. Palooza warm up is 3:30 on Wednesday
Jr. Palooza starts with warm up at 2:00pm on Thursday (no school for kids)
October Break Training for Middle School and High School swimmers:
All extra training will take place from 8:00am to 9:30am at the 50m pool.

Volunteers needed for all home events:
On all home events you will see two tabs to click on. One is “Edit Commitment” and the second one is “Job Signup”. To volunteer you click on the second and then sign up for whatever job you would like. All of them are very important to the success of these events. Without you our kids cannot swim in these meets. Thanks so much for your support.
