Hello to all Panther Swimmers,

We have four solid weeks of training before the October break, so let’s have good attendance and participate in the 3 meets available during that time if possible

If you are at the 50m pool please check out our PB Champ board (see attached photo). This where we congratulate our top improvers at the last meet. Our whole training philosophy surrounds improving and bettering our Personal Best Swims. Well done to the following swimmers:

Important information for the upcoming weeks:

 

  1. 11 and under beginner swim meet at Bangkok Prep (New Primary Campus) Oct 7th half day only:

This a fantastic beginner meet for all of our younger swimmers. It is also fine for our more experienced swimmers also. There will be 2 sessions: 7:30-10:30 8&under, then 11:30-2:00 for 9-11 year old swimmers. Go swim and then out for lunch with the family.

11 and over swimmers will have Sr. Palooza on campus October 5th (3:30 warm up):  This will be the last time trial before Swimfest, so all competitive swimmers should try to enter this meet even if it is not your swim day.

This is training camp for any of our swimmers that train at the 50m pool. We will have swim sessions, strength and conditioning training and team building exercises throughout the days. We guarantee this will stoke the passion and love for our great sport. Sign up on our website and I will email the details for booking hotel rooms and flights.

  2. Bangkok Prep Primary Campus, Puppy Cup. October 7th 
  3. NIST Falcons Extreme, October 28/29 All ages event. 
  4. ISB Swimfest 2023: Saturday/Sunday, November 11/12 (largest international school meet in Thailand with 1000 swimmers)
  5. 5th Annual Thanyapura Panther Swim Winter Camp: Phuket January 4-6 (after signing up contact me for hotel information)
