Meet the Coaches
Head Coach: Connor Ludwig
Hello! My name is Connor Ludwig. I'm entering my second year as the head coach for the Dolphins and I couldn't be more excited! Before coaching, I spent 14 summers swimming for the New Holland Dolphins. I also swam for the New Holland Aquatic Club and Five Star Swim Club. Furthermore, I swam and graduated from Conestoga Valley High School in 2023. I am now currently swimming at Shippensburg University, majoring in communication/journalism media. I'm excited to continue to meet and work with every single one of you while growing the New Holland Dolphins' rich culture and history. Go Dolphins!
Assistant Coach: Isabelle Kourt
Hello! My name is Isabelle Kourt but most of you know me as coach Belle! I’m excited to be assistant coaching for a third year for the New Holland dolphins. I’ve been swimming for 12 years, all 12 being on the New Holland swim team. I’m currently going to HACC to be an invasive cardiovascular technician. I love animals (especially cats!), going on hikes, and spending time with family. I’m excited for what this season holds for our team!
Assistant Coach: Bryna Kelly
Hello! My name is Bryna Kelly and I am so excited to be joining the coaching staff this year as an assistant coach! I swam for the New Holland Swim Team for 11 years. I am currently at Indiana University of Pennsylvania majoring in interior design and I am also a part of their track team. Swimming was such an important part of my summers growing up and I’m so excited to be back!
Assistant Coach: Zach Delgado
Hi, my name is Zach Delgado, and I am honored to continue to be a part of our New Holland swim team. I have been swimming for the New Holland swim team since age five and swam for the Lancaster Aquatics Club. I graduated from Garden Spot High School and participated on the high school swim team. While swimming in high school, I accomplished being a three-time Lancaster Lebanon League Swimming Qualifier, three-time District 3 Swimming Championship Qualifier, Two-Time Pennsylvania State Swimming Championship Qualifier, and Lancaster Lebanon League Champion in 100 Freestyle (2024). I am a student-athlete at Widener University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Robotics Engineering and swimming on the university swim team. During my 2024-25 season, I had the honor of being named to the MAC Third Team All-Conference for the 200-yard freestyle relay. Thank you once again for welcoming me as a coach to the swim team, and I hope we have a fun but rewarding season.
