Practice Schedule 2024

May 20th - May 31st afternoon practices  (NO Practices May 27th)

4-4:45pm: 13 years & up

5-5:45pm: 9 - 10 years old

6-6:45pm: RIPPLES & 8 years & under

7-7:45pm: 11 - 12 years old

Morning practices starting June 3rd  

8-9am: 8 years & under + RIPPLES (8-8:30am or 8:30-9am - come to either group)

9-10am: 9-10 years old

10- 11am: 11 years & up

**Wednesday mornings after meets are STROKE CLINICS. Must reserve a spot via sign up genius**

Summer Evening Practices (for working parents or camps)

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday

6:30-715pm: 8 years & under

7:15-8:00pm: 9 years & up

11-12 year olds Session 3 & 13-18 year old Session 4 - Tuesday 7/23 @ SwimRVA (CSAC)

End of Season Banquet - Wednesday 7/24 5:30PM
