Practice Schedule
We have practice Monday-Thursday this week! Gold’s practice has changed, they will now be starting at 7PM and ending at 9:30PM on Tuesday and Thursday this week.
Parent Meeting - RECAP
I attached our parent meeting notes from last Tuesday below. Please take the time to read over the notes if you were not at the meeting. This will cover a lot of information about the two meets coming up.
WFF Meet – SUNDAY
We have our first in town meet this Sunday! Once I receive the timeline, I will send it out. As of right now please have your athlete at the pool by 9AM. Warmup starts at 9:15AM. Meet starts at 10:20AM.

NEP Single Age Group State – Entries Due
The NEP Meet entries are due next week. Please plan accordingly in signing up! You must have the time standards to attend this meet!

March 3rd-5th: MRC - Chaska, MN – HOTEL BLOCK NOW AVAILABLE!!!
March 9th-12th:14 and Under State - Rochester, MN
March 9th-12th: Speedo Sectionals - West Fargo, ND
March 16th-19th: Senior State - West Fargo, ND
April 1st-2nd: MYAS - Minneapolis, MN
Home Meet
We will be planning on hosting a one-day meet on January 15th. This meet is a great meet for our athletes to get some great times BUT also for our families to experience hosting a meet before the 2023 Senior State meet! Please mark your calendars for this date to help out!
MRC Hotel Block
We have officially been zoned for MRC! We will be swimming in Chaska, MN. We already have our hotel block set and ready for you to book your hotel on our website under Meets/Events. This meet is a great “end of the year meet” for all of our athletes. Below are the time standards for this meet. We HIGHLY encourage athletes to attend this meet! Last year, we were division champions and we hope to continue this year!

2023 Senior State – Volunteer Sign Up
We officially have our 2023 Senior State volunteer sign up available! Please note the times are TENATIVE and will be communicated closer to the event. Sign up link is also on our website unde4r Meets/Events.
18 and Older Athletes - APT Training
Emails have been sent to our 17 and 18 year old athletes/families who have to complete APT training to be able to continue practice and participate in swim meets! PLEASE make this training a priority and get it done as soon as possible!
Not Swimming this Month?
Friendly reminder, if your athlete is not planning on swimming for the next month, you need to send an email to [email protected] by the 25th of the month.
Mark Your Calendar NOW!
We need all families to mark their calendars NOW for the Senior State meet we are hosting on March 16-19th , 2023 at the Hulbert Aquatic Center. We need all the help we can get to have a fantastic meet at this level so please mark your calendars now!
