Practice Schedule
We have practice Monday-Friday this week! Friendly reminder Friday practice is at 6PM. Our February schedule is posted online.
ALEX Meet - RECAP
What a fantastic meet! There were many great races and alot or smiles at the ALEX meet this past weekend! Awesome job Red Dragons!
MONC - Entries Due Thursday
The MONC meet entries are due this Thursday. This is only for athletes who need to get Verified times or Bronze times for MRCs. NO SILVER times or above allowed at this meet.
RRV Meet Information
We have the RRV Meet on Saturday. 11 and over session arrive by 8AM, warmup starts at 8:15AM and meet starts at 9:15AM. 10 and under session will start after the 11 and over session is finished. Once I receive the timeline I will send out an updated email for our 10 and unders.
NLSA Meet Information
We have the NLSA meet on Sunday. Arrive by 9:30AM, warmups starts at 9:45AM and meet starts at 11AM.
Championship Clothing
Our Championship team clothing was due last night. If you did not get yours clothing ordered let me know and I will see if we can extend the due date. We want all of our athletes who are attending MRC or States meets to have at least a championship team shirt!
Parent Meeting
We will have a parent meeting Tuesday, February 7th, about championship meets! PLEASE show up if you have any questions about the championship meets coming up.

2023 Senior State – Volunteer Sign Up
At this point I feel like a broken record player... WE NEED ALL FAMILIES TO HELP VOLUNTEER FOR THIS MEET!!! Parents, athletes, uncles, aunts, grandparents and friends are all needed to help volunteer for this meet! PLEASE take time to sign up THIS week! We do not require volunteer hours and we hope to continue not requiring volunteer hours! The meet is

MRC Championship Meet
MRC is in Chaska, MN this year for our team! Last year we placed FIRST in our division and we hope to do it again but we need all of our athletes to attend to make this happen! How do you know if you can attend MRC's? Below are the standards for MRC and questions answered....
50 & 100 Events – Verified Time - NEW CHANGE
200 Events - Bronze Standard - NEW CHANGE
500+ Events - Silver Standards - NEW CHANGE
What is a verified time? Verified time is they have a REAL time at a meet without DQing. If you are unsure if your athlete has a verified time, look on your app in best times and it will list all of your athletes times.
How do I know if my athlete has a certain standard? Go into the gomotion app, click membership, click time standards, select time standards, click MN SCY Swimming (make sure it is the 2022-2023, you can check by clicking the info bubble), and press done. You can check events to see if your athlete has ceratin standards.
MRC Hotel Block
We have officially been zoned for MRC! We will be swimming in Chaska, MN. We already have our hotel block set and ready for you to book your hotel on our website under Meets/Events. This meet is a great “end of the year meet” for all of our athletes. Below are the time standards for this meet. We HIGHLY encourage athletes to attend this meet! Last year, we were division champions and we hope to continue this year!
