Hello Red Dragon Families!
Practice Schedule
We have practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday this week! We do NOT have practice on Wednesday. Friendly reminder Friday practice is at 6PM.
SICKNESS
We are getting close to championship meets! I hope everyone is EXCITED! With that being said, PLEASE do not have your athlete attend practice is they are not feeling well or if anyone in the family is not feeling well. We do not want to risk our staff and athletes to get sick right before championship meets!
Taper
What is taper? Taper is when our team builds up yards a month before and then decreases to have the athletes start resting. You will notice a week before championship meets they will have A LOT of energy. That is okay! we recommend more sleep if possible during this time! We also recommend for an effective taper to decrease pop/soda intake along with candy. Fuel your body like Ferrari, not like a 1990 Honda civic.
MONC Meet Information - CHANGE
The sessions have been combined for the meet this Sunday! Arrive by 9:10AM. Warmup starts at 9:20AM. Meet starts at 10:30AM. Below is the timeline for the meet this weekend.

MRC - Entries Received
Attached are the entries I have received for MRC. Please let me know of any adds, changes, removes by TONIGHT at 8PM. Relays are still being decided and are subject to change until the relay event starts. Please plan accordingly for any weather that may come for your travels!
Meet Due Dates
We have a lot of meets coming up! Below are the entries deadlines for these meets!
14 and Under State - Tuesday, Feb 21st
Speedo - Tuesday, Feb 21st
Senior State - Tuesday, Feb 21st
MYAS - Tuesday, Feb 21st
If you achieve a new qualifying time between the deadline and the meet. Please text Coach Jess ASAP of new time. ALL High School athletes who want to use their high school times for MRC meet and higher NEED a report of their best times that includes: Name of meet, date, and time. Speedo Meet NEEDS to have OBSERVED times, no high school times will count except for EDC, ND State and MN State.
2023 Senior State – Volunteer Sign Up
At this point I feel like a broken record player... WE NEED ALL FAMILIES TO HELP VOLUNTEER FOR THIS MEET!!! Parents, athletes, uncles, aunts, grandparents and friends are all needed to help volunteer for this meet! PLEASE take time to sign up THIS week! We do not require volunteer hours and we hope to continue not requiring volunteer hours! The meet is
