Practice this Week
We are officially back at MSUM! Yay! Our normal practice times will resume with groups starting at 6:50PM. Please reference our Calendar for practice times. We have Gold AM practice Tuesday-Friday and PM practice Monday-Thursday.
Senior State - RECAP
Congratulations to Matthew B and Matthew T for competing at Senior State! They both have season bests and a lifetime best! Way to go Red Dragons!
Girls HS Prep
Below is the sign-up for the Girls High School Prep. Please read the information within the sign-up and sign up for the correct slots. If you have any questions please let me know. College athletes and zone athletes can also attend the times to continue swimming before their season/meet.

Campout/Banquet
Don't forget to sign up for our Red Dragon Olympics, Campout and our banquet! The Red Dragon Olympics is open to all ages and is on August 10th. The campout, 12 and older only, will be on August 10th and the banquet will be on August 11th. All athletes attending the Red Dragon Olympics or Campout need to register. Please go to the Meets/Events page and register there. You will need to register on a web page, not our app on the phone.
End of Season
We are getting near the end of our season! After July 31st, we will take a break in August and start back up in September! All members will be suspended on July 30th.
