Swim Lessons

Swim lessons packages are being offered of five- 30 minute lessons during a specific time slot.  Each package runs Monday- Friday for a specific week. They are provided on a 1:1 basis. 

Minimum age for lessons is 3 years old, otherwise, please choose the baby/toddler swim program.  For baby/toddler, a parent/guardian is in the pool with the child.

• Lessons are open to anyone who is interested in learning to swim- children, teens and adults!  If your child is very young or is anxious about being in the pool by themselves, we ask that you are in the pool with your child and your instructor will instruct you both.   
• When you register, you will be asked to indicate the name and age of the person taking the lesson, and the last level of lessons completed.  
• Swim lessons slots are available
  •    Mornings from 9:30 am to 12:15 pm

Baby/Toddler swim lessons are being offered this year for children 9 months to their 3rd birthday.  Baby/toddler swim runs Tuesdays & Thursdays for 7 weeks.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for the check in process.

As we have for the past 4 years, we will follow any changes to current CDC & Dutchess County Board of Health guidelines regarding any mask wearing or distancing requirements.
