BIRTHDAY PARTIES INCLUDE:
GYM TIME
The party will start in the gym including time on vault, bars, beam, floor, tumble trak and of course our
foam pit!! They will come back into the gym after the time in the party room.
PARTY ROOM
After their time in the gym the children will go to the party area for food, cupcakes, opening presents, etc.
WHO:
Our parties are geared for children three through twelve years of age. Call and ask us about parties for other ages. Parties are not just for birthdays! Celebrate the start or end of school, bring your girl scout group or any other group you may be a part of!
WHAT:
We provide the decorations, paper products, and utensils. You just need to bring the cake (cupcakes are strongly recommended), juice boxes, camera, and kids.
WHEN:
Parties can be scheduled for Saturday afternoon and anytime on Sunday.
COST: 2 hour parties are $250 for up to 12 children. ($20 for each additional child)
Advanced reservation is required. Please call the gym for availablity. Party dates and times do fill quickly so a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. The balance is due at the beginning of the party (cash or check only).
After reserving your party, your guests will need to register on our website to fill out the waivers needed. Once at the website, they should go to class registration then click on the box next to "PARTY". From there, they should look for your child's name and follow the directions. NO CHILD WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE GYM WITHOUT BEING REGISTERED. Handwritten notes from the parents will not be accepted.
The parents of the birthday child only, are welcome in the gym. It is the responsibility of the birthday child’s parents to remind other visiting parents that they are not allowed in the gym.
