INDIRA CERANIC NAMED TO PACIFIC COAST ALL STAR TEAM

Piranha swimmer and Palm Desert High School freshman Indira Ceranic ,ase 14,has been selected as a member of Southern California’s Pacific All tar Team.Team selection was based on the combined results of the Winter Age Group and the Gold Sectional meets.The Southern California team consists of eight 11-12 year old girls and boys,and eight 13-14 year old girls and boys.

At the Winter AGE Group meet held in Las Vegas  in December, Indira won first place was for the 50 yard free (24.50),200 free(1.55.44)and 200 back(2:10.88).She came in second for the 200 IM (2:16.62) and 4^th for the 100 free(54.78)and 100 back(1:01.50).

The meet will be contested at the Cerritos Olympic Swim Center against British Columbia,Oregon,Pacific,and Pacific Saturday,Jan.9 and Saunday, Jan.10.
