LYNETTE LIM RANKED BY FINA

Palm Springs High School senior Lynette Lim,age 17,is literally one of the fastest swimmers in the world according to rankings by FINA,which tracks the fastest 150 swims by event worldwide.Fina is the international governing body of swimming,diving,water polo,synchronized swimming and open water swimming.

Here are Lim’s rankings in her best freestyle events:

#12 in 400 meter free

#14 in the 1500 m free

World Rankings:

#44 in 800 m free

#54 in 400 m free

#51 in 1500 m free

Lim,who will join the USC Trojan team fall of 2010,has trained with the Piranha Swim Team for more then seven years.
