Shaw Finals, Piranhas Successful In LB

Long Beach - Adam Shaw swam a personal best 400 IM of 4:05.68 dropping 8 seconds off his previous best time. That swim allows him to compete in the finals tonight and giving him another opportunity to improve his time. There were 3 other swims today for Piranhas, Indira and Kat swam the 200 free in best times of 1:53.50 and 1:56.52. Also, Chris Kopan swam the 200 freestyle in a personal best of 1:47.67. Another banner day for the Piranhas and it will be wrapped up at finals tonight with Adam's 400 IM and the girls 800 freestyle relay of Indira, Kat, Shelby Andrade and Faith.

Finals start at 5:00 pm.
