Roadrunner Classic: This weekend, June 11-12, the Piranhas will be hosting our Long Course meet. All of the meet information has been sent previously and it can be obtained from the website at www.piranhaswimteam.org. Timelines, Events and basic meet information is available for you to download and print out at your convenience.
Monday Practices: Due to the Roadrunner Classic this weekend, all practices will be cancelled on Monday, June 13 EXCEPT the Minnows program. There will be the Minnows lesson program with instructors that day. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Senior and Masters, we will resume the “Summer Schedule” on Tuesday.
Summer Schedule: The NEW summer schedule has been completed and it can be found at the “Calendar” tab on the website under “Practice Schedule.” Please take a look at where and when your training group is practicing this summer.
June Invite (June Age Group) Meet: The JAG meet for Piranha is in Irvine, Ca. This meet is for qualifiers of AA standards. Please check out the Southern California site or visit our site under “Meet Info” to look at time standards for these meets. If you have qualified for any individual events, please log on and enter that event. If your time is in RED, then you have not qualified in that event. Time standards are listed on the side for you to see. The due date for our team for the June Invite is this Tuesday night, June 14th.
New Head Age Group Coach: a big thanks to all of our swimmers and coaches for their patience as we finalize the selection of the new Piranhas Head Age Group coach. We are excited about the process and look to bring in a very high caliber coach to help develop and build the team and our young athletes. There will be more information when the selection is complete, hopefully very soon.
