Piranhas In 8th After Day 1

The Piranhas capped off a great day of swims by compiling 8th place points out of 28 teams. There were many great races but the highlight of the evening was that of Faith's 200 backstroke where she dropped another 4 seconds to post a time of 2:24.73 and win her event, she also placed 2nd in the 200 fly. Indira and Adam were 3rd and 4th in the 200 back, respectively. In the 200 fly, Kat was 7th and Kelley 14th. In the 100 free, Shelby 3rd, Alissah 11th, Indy 7th, Kat 13th and PJ 10th. In the girls 800 free, Kat was 5th, Alexa 7th and Lindsay 17th. They all competed hard and look to continue the race pace tomorrow. The 10 and under swimmers begin their meet tomorrow as well. We will keep you all posted.
