| Rachel Vandermeyden. Rachel's endurance has improved greatly over the past month. She has exceled at practice, especially on our distance free sets. Her work ethic shows that she is serious about fast swimming at state meet and age group sectionals. Congratulations and good luck at the upcoming meets! |
Kelly Bogensberger. Kelly has been working hard all season. She consistently comes to practice ready to push herself. This month, Kelly achieved her first state time in the 200 Backstroke...congratulations Kelly and I have a feeling that more are on the way! | Justin Lawrence is the Gold Swimmer of the Month. Justin has had an amazing month of January. He comes in to practice with a smile everyday and is always ready to work hard. He had a wonderful meet in Savannah where he picked up a few more Sectional Cuts and has really put himself in a great position for state meet. Congratulations Justin and thank you for all your hard work. |

| Jan's silver swimmer of the month is Callie Temkin. Callie always comes to practice to give 110% and knows when to put on her game face but also knows how to have a blast at practice. Her hard work is paying off and she has gotten 9 state cuts under her belt, most of them acheived this month! Way to go Callie! | Jayme Lifrieri is the Bronze swimmer of the month for January. Jayme comes to practice with a smile on her face every time. She is a good listener, always sure to follow instructions and try her best. Jayme has made great improvements and will continue to do so if she keeps working hard. Congratulations Jayme! |
Mini's swimmer of the month is Landon King. Landon has done a great job this month and is always excited to learn new things and has great enthusiasm at practice. Keep up the good work Landon.
