Meet Recap: Senior Sectionals

Hello Marlins-

Last weekend, Coach Ben traveled to Cary, NC with 4 of our senior level swimmers to compete at the 2011 Short Course Senior Sectionals meet.  Congratulations to Elijah Bohon, Micah Bohon, Ben Detar, and Chelsea Roberts who qualified and attended this meet based on times they had achieved at meets this year.  There was stiff competition and lots of it...in some events, nearly 150 swimmers raced!

Some notables:

Micah Bohon qualified for the finals in the 50 Free and placed 27th overall with a time of 24.60.

Elijah Bohon qualified for the finals in the 200 Back and placed 31st overall with a time of 1:57.02.

Congratulations to all of the Senior Sectional SMRT swimmers for a job well done.
