SCST Welcomes New Assistant Coach Katelyn Noyes
Sun Coast Swim Team is excited to announce the addition of Coach Katelyn Noyes as a new assistant coach for SCST. Coach Noyes will be focusing on our Age Group (Otter/Dolphin) swimmers but will also be working with all swim groups.
Coach Noyes is no stranger to the Sun Coast Swim Team and Bicentennial Pool, where she first began swimming as an age group. She swam with SCST throughout her middle and high school years. In addition to swimming for SCST, Noyes was a very successful high school student-athlete, swimming for the Crystal River High School Girls Swim Team, including then CRHS Coach Cliff Dyer. Noyes, who was the captain of the CRHS Girls' team, led the team to win an impressive four FHSAA District Championships in a row in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009!
Following her swim career, Noyes received her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from St. Leo University and became a teacher at Rockcrusher Elementary School. She and her husband Jonathan have two wonderful girls. Coach Noyes shared, "I am so excited to be back with the Sun Coast family, this time as a coach. I look forward to getting to know all of the wonderful swim families and watching your children grow in the great sport of swimming!”.
Welcome Coach Noyes back home to our Sun Coast Swim Family!
