Winter Age Group Summary

16 Tridents swam a total of 96 times in 3 days at Belmont Plaza in Long Beach.  They were competing in the Winter Age Group Championships.  Belmont Plaza was host for the 1976 Olympic Trials.  This was a great meet for Trident with some outstanding swims.  Theresa Lo dropped 34 seconds in her 1650.  Alec Hsing swam a 2:05.91 breast stroke which just missed a Junior National Cut.  There were so many great swims.  A note of point:  Michael Wang and Alec Hsing only missed one workout a piece since August.
