Make-Up Classes

Each student is allowed to make up one missed class per month during the fall and spring provided there is enough space in an existing class without causing overcrowding.  A makeup class is not guaranteed, so we encourage each student to make every attempt to attend class.

Tuition

 For your convenience, tuition is payable in monthly installments. The tuition for each student is due on the first class of each month.  If tuition is not paid by the 15th, there is $5.00 late fee added to the tuition amount due. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes available during the month, therefore there is no extra charge for those months that have five classes or a reduction for months that have fewer than four. 

Withdrawal Policy

Due to limited class size, each student has a space reserved.  Students must give a written 30-day notice before withdrawing from a class, otherwise monthly tuition continues whether or not the student is still attending class.  This allows us to schedule make-ups and new students.

Observation

 Parents and other family members are allowed to stay and watch at all times but must remain in the waiting area.   

Summer Make-Up

 Summer class make-ups are unlimited in  June - August 

Inclement Weather

We will be closed if Oconee county schools close due to inclement weather, however we will be open if school openings are on a delayed schedule.
