NAC SWEEPS MENS EVENTS AT HIGH SCHOOL REGION MEET

Fifty one Nashville Aquatic Club swimmers represented their respective schools in the High School Region meet last Friday and the results were staggering. On the mens side NAC swimmers won every individual event and swept the top three spots in six of eight individual events. On the womens side NAC swimmers won half of the individual events and accounted for two of the top three individual spots in all but two events. Dakota Hodgson and Chase Lovelace both broke Region meet records in their individual events. Hodgson setting new marks in the 200 IM (1:51.50) and the 500 free (4:33.78) and Lovelace eclipsing the mark set by his older brother in the 100 breast (56.69). Other region event champions from NAC were; Deidre Jones, Megan Goss, Kellyn Angell, Caroline Reeves, Brian Bolton, William Varley, Maclin Davis, and Jack Murfee.
