11-12 Girls Break Southeastern Swimming record in the 200 Free relay from 1978!
The Nashville Aquatic Club had a great weekend at the Music City Invite. In a closely contested meet NAC finished second to a strong Lakeside Seahawk Swim Team. NAC had over 50% lifetime best times, over 60 new Southeastern swimming qualifying times, 9 meet records, 5 team records and 4 Southeastern Swimming records.
