Best times and new qualifiers Rain Down in April

The Nashville Aquatic Club hosted the LC season opener at the Centennial Sportsplex this past weekend with the All American Nike Long Course Spring Classic. Many swimmers competed with excitement and pride, getting the season off to a great start.

The meet was off to an inspiring start Friday night as Morgan Flynn (W 800m Free) and Taylor Charles (M 400 IM) won a ticket to the 2012 Olympic Trials.

At the age group level, the Blue group had 27 new Southeastern championship qualifiers, while the Red group qualified six first-time LC Southeastern swimmers, including: Alex Massey, Savi Alwis, Mikayla Oleksyk, Thomas Miller, Isabel Oldham and Garland Pierce. Congratulations to our Red group athletes on a tremendous start to their goal of 20 qualifiers this summer!
