Chintanaphol, Stinson qualify for Trials in Knoxville

Twenty-two members of the Nashville Aquatic Club senior group traveled to the University of Tennessee-Knoxville for the Swim and Tri Olympic Trials qualifier.  With stiff collegiate competition from across the eastern seaboard, including Virginia, Harvard, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Georgia Tech, NAC athletes held their own against much older competition.

NAC performances were highlighted by Olympic Trials qualifying times by Michelle Chintanaphol (200 Backstroke) and Elizabeth Stinson (400 Freestyle).  NAC Alum Jack Murfee (pictured, post-qualifying race), currently representing the University of Virginia, also qualified in the 100 Backstroke.
