NAC Attacks at October Open

Nashville Aquatic Club hosted over 1,000 athletes last weekend at the October Open, held at the Centennial Sportsplex. Swimmers from Atlanta to Kentucky came to compete in the 2-day competition, with record breaking swims and new Southeastern qualifiers from NAC!

Ella Nelson kicked it off on Saturday for the 12&Under session with a record breaking swim in the 11-12 200 IM, posting a time of 2:11.44, breaking the previous record of 2:14.40. Other outstanding performances include our newest Southeastern qualifiers: Tammy Guo, Lauren Molpus, Iain Zweibel, and William Herbert.

Nashville Aquatic swimmers will hit the road next month to Atlanta where they will have the opportunity to compete at the GA Tech Natatorium, host of the 1996 Olympic Games!
