NAC Excited to Welcome New Staff!

NAC is excited to welcome two new members of our full-time staff this Fall!  Zach Murray comes to Nashville as our SwimFit Coordinator, and Abigail Fish comes to Nashville as our Technology Coordinator.  According to Head Coach John Morse, "Zach and Abbie are an excellent, accomplished, and talented group of new members to our coaching staff and will provide a wealth of resources and experience to help our athletes continue to maximize their potential.  We are excited to welcome them to Nashville as we continue to provide the best experience for competitive swimming in Middle Tennessee and across the nation!"

Zach began his coaching career in Greensboro, NC coaching for summer league teams for 4 summers.  After graduating from NC State with a degree in Marketing he joined New WAVE Swim Team in the fall of 2008.  Zach coached all levels of ability during his time at WAVE from beginner level 10 & Unders, developmental age groupers/seniors, sectional level swimmers as well as LSC champions and high point winners.  During his 6 years in Raleigh, Zach continued coaching neighborhood teams to help promote competitive swimming.  Zach is excited to join the NAC family!

Abigail is entering her first season with Nashville Aquatic Club as Technology Coordinator and Red Group Coach. Although, not technically a native of Louisville, she claims Kentucky as home and is excited to be back in the general area. Abbie grew up swimming for the Lakeside Seahawks and is a graduate of DuPont Manual High School. Upon graduation, she went on to swim at the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the 2009-2011 SEC Championship Teams and 2009, 2011 NCAA Championship Runner-Ups. Immediately after her undergraduate graduation, she went on to pursue her Master’s Degree in Strength, Conditioning, and Fitness. Since then, she recently moved to Colorado Springs to work with USA Swimming’s National Team Division. Now, she is excited to bring her knowledge and plethora of experiences to Nashville and Nashville Aquatic Club!
