NAC Swimmers Successful in Pool and Open Water Over Weekend

NAC Senior Group athletes had a successful weekend both in the pool and in the lake this past weekend.

Julia Jane Eskew, Ella Nelson, Allie Raab, Alex Walsh, and Gretchen Walsh traveled to the Atlanta Classic meet, held on the campus of Georgia Tech University.

Casey Charles hit the open water circuit at the Splashville Open Water Challenge at Hamilton Creek here in Nashville, taking home first place in the 5k distance - the longest distance offered - in a time of 1 hour, 6 minutes, and 4 seconds.

Top-16 finishers at the Atlanta Classic Included Julia Jane Eskew (16th - 100 Breast), Ella Nelson (5th - 100 Breast, 9th - 400IM, 2nd - 200 Breast, 10th - 200IM), Allie Raab (3rd - 100 Breast, 4th - 200 Breast), Alex Walsh (2nd - 100 Breast, 6th - 50 Free, 3rd - 100 Back, 1st - 200IM, 11th - 100FR), Gretchen Walsh (9th - 50FR, 7th - 100FR).
