NAC Swimmers Stellar on State Swimming Stage
High School NAC swimmers took to the short pool once more this spring to show their school spirit and participate in the TISCA State Championships the weekend of April 24th. The format and setting were new, but the results were the same, with NAC swimmers scoring a plethora of points for their teams.
Congratulations to the individual state champions:
Gretchen Walsh (50 and 100 Free) and Jack Flanagan (50 and 100 Free). All 4 swims were All-American Automatic times.
Contributing to State Champion relays were Annie Lea Choate and Maggie Petty along with Gretchen on the Harpeth Hall 200 and 400 Free Relays.
The 200 Free MBA relay with Jack, Isaiah Dulin, and Owen Reese also swam to gold.
Each relay achieved an All-American Automatic time.
