Summer Sizzler Set NAC Swimmers Up For End of Summer Success

Some of the fastest teams from around the country came to Nashville for a weekend of elite swimming performances at the 25th Summer Sizzler.

 NAC swimmers got to see competition from other top Age Group swimming programs and Gold Medal clubs. It is no surprise that 3 of the teams at the meet have alumni representing Team USA in Tokyo this summer.

The competition level and energy of the meet will help springboard our NAC swimmers into Southeasterns, Zones and Futures.

Special Recognition: Blake Amlicke who broke 3 13-14 boys NAC team records (50 Free, 100 Back, 200 Free) as well as the Southeastern record in the 13-14 100 Back. It was the 59th fastest time ever for a 13-14 boy in the 100 Back.

Anna Hulan crushed her 200 IM finals swim to earn her 1st Futures cut.

Maggie Petty flew down the pool in the 50 Free to snare her 1st Winter Junior National time.

William “Hammer” Massey lived up to his name bringing home a 100 Free victory and his first Junior National qualifying time.

Spencer Nicholas and Julian Killius added to their Summer Junior National qualifying swims.
