Rocklin Aquatics Masters (RAMS) is an adult aquatics fitness team affiliated with United States Masters and Pacific Masters Swimming. Members are provided the opportunity to enjoy the sport of swimming through workouts aimed at physical fitness, technique, or improving competition times. The RAMS swim year-round at the Sierra College Aquatics Complex in Rocklin, California. Anyone 18 years and older is welcome to join! They have members of all abilities that swim for fitness, triathlon training, open water training, competition, or simply because they love it! To learn more, please read below.
REGULAR WORKOUT TIMES:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:
5:30 am-7 am (gates open at 5 am)
12-1:30 pm
Saturday 7:30am-9am
* All practices are coached by experienced and professional coaches.
HOW TO JOIN:
1. Register online with Pacific Masters Swimming (USMS) at https://www.pacificmasters.org/
2. Complete a New Member Enrollment Form and Sierra Joint Community College District Medical Treatment Authorization Form.
3. RAMS dues are $65/month. Dues are paid monthly via automatic payments. All swimmers must register with this site.
Please provide your completed forms to the RAMS coach on deck at the pool.
