PAYMENT
Sierra College Athletes
: All swimmers in swim groups at Sierra College pay for each session through the Sierra College Community Education website prior to the start of each quarter.
Rusch Park Athletes
: All swimmers in swim groups at Rusch Park will be automatically billed through TeamUnify at the beginning of each quarter.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to cancel/suspend participation prior to billing in writing to [email protected].
REFUNDS
There are no full refunds after the session begins.
If a swimmer must withdraw before a session begins, refunds will be given, less a $50.00 processing fee.
Refund requests must be in writing to [email protected].
TEAM TRAVEL
All athletes team traveling will be required to review and sign a Code of Conduct.
All athletes will be required to pay for their individual travel costs (ex: airfare, hotel, etc.).
Depending on the event, additional fees may be added to the individual’s costs to assist with covering the team’s expenses (ex: coaches’ time/travel, rental vans, gas, team dinners, deck passes, entries, etc.).
