ANNOUNCING New Team Office & Strength Training Center

The team office is up and running.   The office is located at 210 Capitol Street, Suite 1, Salinas Ca. 93901.  We have a new toll free number 1(866)411-MCAT.  You can leave a message for Denise Ambrosini the business office assistant, Chrissy Pires the Swim America Program Manager, or Head Coach and Team Manager Dia C Rianda.

We also, now have a weight room for swimmers 14 and over. This is to use as part of their strength training regime.   The weight room is open from 3PM to 5PM M,T,TH,F for strength training.  We are not open on Wednesdays.

PSR and SR swimmers are expected to schedule an appointment with Coach Dia to discuss personal goals and a personal training plan. If you would like individual focus and attention regarding your swimming, please contact the office and schedule an appointment.
