Salinas Valley Aquatics (MCAT) "Swim to Win" at All Star Meet

Spenser Thompson and JD Morris of MCAT/ Salinas Valley Aquatics competed in the Pacific Swimming All Star Age Group meet March 4,2007 in San Francisco, Calif.   Spenser earned two first place finishes at the meet, with personal best times in the 200 Free (1:51.53) and the 100 Breast (1:05.66).  Both swims earned Spenser his USA Swimming AAA times.  JD Morris swam two personal best times at the meet in the 200 Free (2:11.94)  and the 50 F (28.93).
