Back in the USA/Practice begins Sept 8.2008

 I have truly enjoyed my trip to Beijing.  Words cannot describe the feeling of being there.  We had so many great experiences.  It was like a dream come true..  Met so many great people from all over the world.  Spent much time with coaches, USA swimming people and parents of the athletes.  Cried tears of joy, yelled in excitement , saw some incredible swimming and experienced history

My favorite swim was the 4 x 100 relay.  Jason Lezack’s performance especially.  Darra Torres and her act of unselfishness for her competitior in the 50 free. Ousama Moulouli from USC Trojans finally be number one in the 1500, his performance m ade me cry.  Cielo’s 50 free was awesome and loved seeing Piersol and Lochte both get World Records.

I am slowly transposing my written blog to facebook and have pictures on my facebook site.  Ask to be my friend and you will have access to some of my photos.  I took over 1200 pictures and 12 hours of video.  Of course I will just highlight the trip.  I have put some up for you to see and will be putting up more as I have time.

I saw the results from CVAL’s.  I am very proud of you all and was impressed by those time drops.  Congratulations.
