MCAT swimmers Fahmy and Wells Break High School Record in 200 med relay

MCAT swimmers Tyler Wells and Adam Fahmy in their second HS season meet along with their team mates broke the Palma HS school record going 1:48.00 in the medley relay.  They have assured themselves of spots on 2 CCS relay teams.  Both athletes are dancing closely around several CCS cuts.   North County Swimmer Grant Hashimoto has swum CCS qualifying times in the 50 and 100 free early in the season.  High School swimming for MCAT Swimmers is looking great.  Emily Alvarez of Alvarez has been swimming personal best times.  Joey Gracia has been scoring big for Alvarez at meets as well.
