MCAT swimmers did some threshing of their times at the Cabrillo Threshers Meet

There were some awesome swims by Monterey County Aquatic Team (MCAT) this past weekend at the Cabrillo Threshers meet in Santa Cruz! Amanda Cavazos swam the 100 fly and the 200 free for the first time.  She swam fast enough where she will be ranked in the top 10 for 8un. girls in Pacific Swimming.  Daniel Cavazos dropped 25 seconds in his 200 free.  Juliette Leonard won both the 50 and the 100 breast stroke.  Karlee Tomaso achieved 3 new "A" times which qualifies her for 10un. Championships in April.  

Dennis Wang, Liz Whalen, Mia Ramos, Catelyn Haro, Jamie Macabugao, Morgan Marsiguerra, Celeste Valdez, Genevieve Leonard, and Chelsea Jackson all achieved at least one new best time.
