Wow.... I am so very proud of you all. Swimmers, parents and coaches you all gave your positive energy and support to make magic happen at this year’s Team Championships. Every single swimmer had significant time drops and multiple stellar perforances. Inspiring and beautiful. Congratulations on your best times, new time standards and finals participation. Also, congratulations to Toby for breaking the CVAL 11-12 boys 50 Breast Record. Check the results below for the new B times, A times, JO qualifying times, Far Western times and the Pacific recordable Times. You will be amazed.
The team also earned well over 100 stars in the star challenge. The reward is an ice cream party and a practice of only games when we get back form break. Please no swimming while on break.. Stay out of the water. The short break is important to the development of growth and is a necessary emotional and physiological part of the micro and macro training cycles. Please run, do crunches, ride a bike, hike or play soccer during the break. See you on the 24th of August. We will be posting the practice schedule soon.

If the new time achieved at the meet is an improvement over the best time, then the comparison data is negative (time has decreased) and displayed in red (to highlight it). Otherwise, it is positive (time has increased) and displayed in blue. |

The third set of columns shows the time when this event was last swum and how the new time compares to it (in seconds and %). The system tries to get a last time in the same course if one exists up to 60 days prior to the current meet. If none is found in the same course, then the last time achieved for that event in any course is used. If the last time is converted (to match the course of the meet), it is displayed in green. If the new time achieved at the meet is an improvement over the last time, then the comparison data is negative (time has decreased) and displayed in red (to highlight it). Otherwise, it is positive (time has increased) and displayed in blue. |
