MCAT March Schedule 2010/Practice Changes

 Beginning on Tuesday, March  9,2010  PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE CHANGES in locations.

MCAT Practices will be held at the following locations and times.    Priority should be placed on attending practices at the Muni pool when your group swims there.  Practice times have not changed, however, the locations have changed.  The Salinas Valley Aquatics Center (NEW Muni) is located on Bernal St. just off of Main St. near the community center.  Parking is available on the NW part of the lot off of Bernal in designated parking spaces.  MCAT swimmers are to use the NW entrance nearest the play structure park.  Please do not enter through the main entrance, this entrance is for the general public not MCAT.  Please do not enter the facility until an MCAT coach lets you in through the NW door.  MCATeers  and parents are asked to use the cubbies and the bleachers nearest that entrance on the deep end side of the pool.  Please do not use lockers in the the locker room.  Bring your things to the MCAT designated area.  Parents are asked to keep to the bleacher area designated for MCAT only.  Please do not bring children who will not stay in the bleachers under your supervision to this pool.  We must follow all the City of Salinas rules as a condition of our contracted use. 

This is a great opportunity for our team and something that many past generations of swimmers have worked hard for.  A new indoor facility to use. Let us be gracious stewards and guests of this facility no matter the circumtances.
